Fantastic location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean. An Easter egg hunt was arranged in tbe apartment which was a wonderful surprise for our 2 girls and made it easy for us to bring our bags in. It was lovely to be able to have milk, tea, coffee and cereal available for breakfast. Highly recommend.

We loved this place! We were looking for something more halfway between Sydney and Melbourne but fell for this place and just had to book. We’re glad we did. The bed was super comfy and the standard was well above most pet friendly place. We only stayed the night and didn’t really use the kitchen. Our only concern was that our dog is petrified of the wind turbines and even though they were far away in the distance, it made her freak out and not want to be outside. Rachel said she hadn’t had other dogs react like that (including her own), so think it could be just our dog being a bit weird. 🫣 We arrived after midnight and Dean was still up to ensure we found the place ok. We absolutely loved our stay at this little apartment by the beach! The views were absolutely amazing, and there were beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We brought our Golden Retriever, Sonny, and it was so easy to get to a great dog beach nearby—which he loved! Bronwyn was such a friendly and welcoming host. She had lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat, and Sonny absolutely adored her too. The accommodation was lovely—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location.

A really nice place to stay with our 2 dogs. Everything was as described. Backing on to the creek was nice. Easy walking distance to the beach. The backyard was very private and ideal being enclosed for the dogs. The house had everything you could want. Well supplied kitchen with plenty cooking utensils.Overall very enjoyable, would like to come back again later in the year.

Awesome house which makes us feel home very close to shops yet feels very residential. Clean and nice house. Will recommend this to all tourists who want to anchor at Batesmans bay. Will recommend the tourists to give it clean to the owner so many enjoys the place as we did. Best Deal!

Yass Country Retreat lived up to our expectations and was perfect for us as a base to explore the region. The property was clean, well furnished and stocked with many extras not always provided in similar properties. The hosts were very proactive and responsive in their communication making sure that we were comfortable and ready to accommodate any requests we may have had. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet but central place to stay in the Yass region.

We were lucky enough to spend Xmas at Jenny’s. She was so thoughtful and had put out a tree and decorations which the kids loved! Location was awesome. View was beautiful and the house is so well stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

This a lovely small studio apartment, modern, clean and well set out and with a spectacular view along Rosedale beach. It has all amenities including a smart tv and excellent wi-fi.. I would offer just a few comments: 1. Unavoidably there is a lot of building work and trucks etc there during business hours as North Rosedale is being re-built. 2. The driveway is steep and a little difficult to navigate. 3. The electronic lock was a bit temperamental
