Value based cottage sits just feet from “all sports” 550 acre Round Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee next to the lake on your covered patio. This cottage is the lower half of a 2 story duplex. Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. The kitchen includes plates, cups, utensils, and pots for cooking.
