We had a great time at this place! The property was spacious enough for our group of 11 and could comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. It was nice, clean, and cozy. The host provided clear instructions throughout the house (kitchen, bathroom, walls, etc.), making everything easy to navigate. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and kitchen essentials, and the host even stocked ice melt, which came in handy due to the snow. However, the kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven) were on the smaller side for a large group, and one of the cooktop burners wasn’t working. Also, while the listing mentioned a community heated pool, it was quite cold which dampened our afternoon.

This property was the perfect spot for a multi-family getaway, due in large part to Carla's attention to detail and very genuine care for the quality of our stay. Everything in the home is organized and labeled, the game room and hot tub are a great time, and the deck with it's nice lake view, comfortable seating, and propane firepit, is perfect for relaxing. We loved that the home was pet friendly and offers three king beds and a double bunk room for the kids. Having access to the Alpine Lake pool and fun and easy hiking trails created hours and hours of fun while the stocked kitchen, packed board game closet, and large dining room table provided the opportunity for relaxing family meals and games together with a crackling fire in the background. The price is amazingly reasonable for all that this house has to offer and we are so grateful to Carla for her great communication and overall attentiveness to ensure we had the most perfect trip - which we most certainly did!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at MJ's place. Their house was exactly what we were looking for to explore hiking in the nearby parks, as well as exploring the towns of Davis and Thomas and all that they had to offer. Coming back to a cozy place with a comfortable bed just what we were looking for. We absolutely would recommend booking and staying at MJ's place.

If you're thinking about booking this Airbnb, do it! You won't regret it. Staying In a raised cabin with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the hot tub and patio! Right beside the river, with your own private beach. The rooms were comfortable , and the kitchen well stopped. Overall, a perfect weekend getaway! I took a last minute trip to West Virginia and was so excited to see that the Grain Bin was available! This was my 2nd booking with our host Scott (Brian), we stayed in his tiny home last time. The campsite is so beautiful, the homes are fully stocked, our host was gracious and most importantly I felt safe staying there alone. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip. We found a "six" star gem walking in the door at Woodhaven. The photos, though true to life, could not adequately convey the warmth and coziness of the living quarters, cleanliness of the rooms, well appointed furnishings in the kitchen, high end bedroom linens and abundance of puzzles/games to keep one entertained and engaged. Wendy's attention to detail, hospitality AND ability to orchestrate a "blizzard" was beyond our expectations and imagination. When we connected in October as owner/renter soon changed to feeling like friend/family in February. We thank you for being instrumental in adding to our treasure trove of memories.

We had a wonderful retreat at Keithette’s home! She made us feel right at home, and the home was beautiful. What didn’t she think of? She left us scones, a picture frame to commemorate the trip, snacks, a clean space, local recommendations, and was always available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this home to anyone!
