Diem was a very good host and extremely responsive whenever I had any questions. The location is a bit far from the main town but relatively close to the marina where you would go to take the cruise tour. Overall the place was exactly like the listing, however the pool was unfortunately closed during my stay. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Ha Long Bay!

I really liked my stay there. The laundry service was so helpful. The staff and owners were very kind to me. I really valued their help with any question and friendliness. The room was comfortable and spacious. I like the location as it's walking distance to lots of places to eat and get coffee. Thanks for making me feel so welcome!

Wonderful apartment with beautiful views of Haiphong from our 11th floor. The accommodation is very well equipped, sound isolated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Communication with our host was easy and enjoyable. Only small downside: difficult to enjoy the large terrace due to pollution and noise from a nearby construction site.

I'm more than happy with the place. The host responded to everything very quickly and the service was very nice and helpful they tried to put everything to satisfaction as quickly as possible. I recommend price performance, this is a very good and relaxed accommodation.

Nice, clean, tidy and fragrant room. Check in was also easy, uncomplicated. The hostess is friendly, proactively check in-out information and quick support. Only anyone who goes to the car will be a bit too much for parking

Hosts always reply to guest messages very quickly. The house and facilities are full as described but I still want to be cleaned more thoroughly before checking in (many places still stick to dust🥲). But overall this business trip experience is very satisfied and the location is near my place to work, so it's ok.

Loan is a great host. She is very supportive and responsive to our queries with details. The apartment is very clean, tidy with magnificent view of the Ha Long Bay. My family has had a great time together here. I definitely come back one day soon in the near future. Strongly recommend to someone who is looking for a fully furnished and private place with unforgettable experience in Ha Long Bay.

The room is tidy and clean, the neighborhood is convenient, there are convenience stores and restaurants around, I can take the little friends around to pour, and there is a children's park downstairs.

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The location was also convenient, close to local attractions and amenities. However, communication with the host could have been better. I found that they didn’t respond to my messages as quickly as I would have hoped, which made it a bit challenging to get timely assistance when I had questions. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay overall, and I would recommend this place to others if the host could improve their responsiveness.

It was our first time in vietnam, and we loved staying with Ly. The location is the best you can ask for with very less crowd. Would defined recommend to others!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Yen Hidden Valley. The room was exceptional, you could not beat the view over the pool and into the valley. The aircon worked so well I had to put on a sweater at night. This gem is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and construction and exhaust fumes from the city center, this place was tranquil and a needed respite from the chaos nearby while still being very accessible by scooter or taxi. We have to say the service was second to none. We had help from Ania before arrival, she was so helpful in answering any and all questions we had. On arrival we were collected and greeted by Huy who is an absolute gem. Night and day he was able to assist with anything we needed, there at breakfast and dinner, always able to arrange whatever we needed. Extra towels, corkscrew, coconut ice cream- he’s going to help you with it all 10/10!

Excellent place to stay! It's on Wen Gao Road! Easy to get everywhere, the supermarket is just downstairs! Great!

Lovely accommodation with great views. The area is still new and there are lots of construction around the building however this was not an issue and we had a great stay.

Exactly as described in the listing, matching all the pictures. Light and airy, great A/C, great view, spotless throughout, including helpful reception, front of house and private car parking staff. Parking is only 20,000Vnd - £0.64 - ฿29.14 maximum, for the scooter you will inevitably hire, to get you along the coast to Ha Long itself, for restaurants and attractions, such as Sun World. The Marina area itself, will I'm sure be vibrant, when the residents move in. It's a little bit of a ghost town at present. April 2024 I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering Ha Long Bay. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. A delightful experience!

It has a quiet atmosphere and a beach right in front, so it's good for a couple's trip.

We were very well received by the host, she was very hospitable and attentive to every little thing. We felt very comfortable as soon as we arrived at the apartment. It was clean and smelled good in every corner of the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was everything a traveler needs after a tiring road trip. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had a great view at sunrise and sunset, combining the sea with one of the seven wonders of the world. We just didn't know that the pool and jacuzzi were a seperate ticket, But the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the city very much and wish we could have stayed longer, next time we will definitely not change the place and the duration will be longer. We would like to thank the host very much and recommend anyone to book with her without any doubt in the smallest details, because everything that is in the pictures we found in reality.
