Просто идеальное жилье и хозяин! Когда поедем в следующий раз, обязательно остановимся тут же. Также могу рекомендовать квартиру для остановки с маленьким ребёнком - жилье очень комфортное, много где можно ползать)

Отличная квартира с видом на горы, аэропорт и ночной Ереван. Очень заботливые хозяева Нарек и Марина старались сделать наше пребывание как можно приятнее. Предоставили все необходимое для комфортной жизни и встречи Нового Года, даже угостили домашними пирожными, армянским кофе и вином) В квартире собственное отопление и горячая вода, можно регулировать температуру. Очень комфортные новые матрасы)) Уютный ремонт, все аккуратно и со вкусом, просторная кухня, можно комфортно готовить. Хорошая плита и духовка. Быстрый Wi-Fi. Квартира расположена недалеко от аэропорта, быстро добираться. Также рядом несколько супермаркетов и небольшой парк с детскими площадками. Детям понравилось!) Из окна виден Арарат в хорошую погоду. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!!!

We’ve stayed at the apartment for one month+ and can definitely recommend it! It is situated in a quite district of Yerevan, with supermarket, cafes and currency exchange nearby. It is 15-20 minutes away from city centre by taxi (~€5). Apartment has air conditioning in every room, so comfortable temperature was not a problem. Host was very welcoming, was responding to any questions in a quick manner and is a true example of Armenian hospitality. Would like to say special thanks to Gevorg and Alina!

I was happy to stay at Amalya’s apartment! Everything was great. The location isn’t in the city center, but it’s very quiet and surrounded by many food stores. It takes just 15–20 minutes to get downtown by taxi. Highly recommend!

Big comfortable flat with fresh interior, inside there was everything we need. Perfect location, close to center. A lot of shops around. Clara is very smooth in communication and careful host.

Квартира уютная, светлая, на солнечной стороне, с новым ремонтом, в тихом месте. Хозяин внимательный, всегда на связи. В квартире есть всё для комфортного отдыха. Рекомендуем.

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

This apartment was a wonderful find. Everything about it is perfect: the location, the design, the host. It is located right next to a huge mall, so you'll never run out of ideas of what to do: go shopping, watch a movie, pick up new clothes, etc. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. The vibe is very cozy and friendly thanks to smart furnishing of the host. And the host herself is a wonderful person. She's always online and there to help you if you need something. It was an amazing experience for us and if we travel to Armenia, you can bet that we're going to rent this apartment again, because there it literally doesn't get better than this.
