Beautiful location and a beautiful traditional cottage. The decor is also completely in the old style, with the advantages and disadvantages. There is a lovely porch. There is everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts, including the dogs, are friendly and helpful. The roads to get there were exciting with our city car but finally fine to do.

We absolutely loved our stay in rural Maramures! We had the added bonus of making some cat friends. The only heads up I would give other guests, is to be prepared for a rural unpaved lead up for about 1.5km before you reach the property. Hosts were great, always around and communicative but allowed us to enjoy the space privately. A truly magical and memorable stay.

Love this place! Comfortable bedding, spacious and great hosts. They live within the compound of their Airbnb. Food was delicious and generous in portions. Some of the best Romanian food we had during our trip. Home cooked food is the best! By the way, at night, just outside their compound you can actually capture the Milky Way on a clear night! Naked eyes hard to see by the with your camera!

Absolutely perfect place for relaxing holidays, we spend only a few days, at Sylvia's place, long enough to appreciate peaceful surroundings and feel local atmosphere. The place itself offers more than we need for self-catering stay. THANK YOU .

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Carolina, the meals were delicious and the house with these traditional decorations was great. i really want to go back in the summer!

We enjoyed every minuten of our stay in Adrians house. Fantastic views, good beds, fully equipped kitchen. The local hosts Maria and Ion were incredibly friendly and we talked a lot with them with the help of Google Translate.
