Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

The apartment is 100 m² (1076 ft²) and is on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a family building. The building doesn't have an elevator, but there are only 54 steps up to the apt.

It features a spacious terrace with small pool (2.20 x 1.10) and beautiful views of the ocean and unforgettable sunsets. Completely private for the guest.
