The apartment has many conveniences, with a brand-new kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi, Smart-Tv and modern bathrooms.

Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

Newly renovated vacation home in a very quiet area in the south of Menorca, Son Ganxo. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one outside), a large kitchen and living room, and a very nice outdoor area. Two bedrooms with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), two bedrooms with two twin beds that share an indoor bathroom and another full bathroom (with a shower) outside. All the furniture is new, a fully renovated house.

CASA MILOS B&B annex with swimming pool by the sea

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. The large windows in every room give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Los Olivos is a vacation home on the edge of a quiet and local cove. You can cross the street to swim in the crystal clear waters or take a paddle or kayak tour left graciously at your disposal. All exteriors have sea views and many places have been arranged in the shade or in the sun for a restful idleness.
