It is in a landscape reserve full of birds, at the top of a hill, next to Caminito del Rey and El Torcal and in the centre of Andalusia to visit other cities. The house has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus a kitchen-dining room, with an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, household items, towels, sheets, air conditioning in common areas, and a 32" TV. The house is 1 km from the Roya Spring, where there is a source of filtered water from the Sierra.

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.
