Cabin vacation rentals in Marion County

The place was great. The only "drawback", and this is only personal to us, was it took a little while to get into downtown Chattanooga. However, this is mostly because it is on a mountain (a gorgeous drive by the way). But it was not even really an inconvenience, it was just that it would not have been easy to run back if needed. It was never needed though. I would absolutely stay again as the room and space was fantastic. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Great shower and awesome jacuzzi tub. It was very clean and spacious. Items (toiletries, kitchen accessories) provided that are not generally provided. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Extremely easy to check in/out. Easy to find. Hosts were very helpful and responded to any messages expediently. This was our very first AirBnB experience and it was a great one. We never felt uneasy or nervous. We had our total privacy and never had any issues. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

This is an amazing place to stay! It is in a beautiful, secluded location, and the drive to downtown Chattanooga is only 15 minutes. It was wonderful to spend the mornings in the city, and then the afternoons and evenings in this mountain escape. We especially loved the fireplaces, the swing on the porch, the hot tub, the Bluey toys, and the peace and quiet. Our 3 kids felt very special to have their own room, bathroom, and loft area upstairs. The house had everything we needed and was definitely the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend staying here and really hope that we can come back and visit again sometime soon!

My friends and I spent the weekend at this cabin for a writing retreat, and it was the perfect creative escape. The peaceful setting made it easy to focus, while the nearby hiking trails provided a great way to clear our minds. When we needed a break, Mountain Goat Market was just down the road with delicious food. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great place to get away. Quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The place had everything we wanted. Great restaurant recommendations from our host. Good instructions, spotless cottage, and bigger than we expected.

Nice property, beautiful mountain views and sunsets. Property easy to get to once you acclimate to the uphill drive. Could be scary for anyone not used to driving in the mountains but signs on property were very clear. Beautiful and relaxing deck which was nice in the evenings. There is also a fire pit and wood available, we didn’t use. Note that the room with the rock wall has no sound proofing due to the slide that empties above the living room. Anyone sleeping in that room will hear all of the noise from the kitchen and living room. Kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook our meals (pans, etc). We couldn’t figure out the thermostat. Temp was at 75 no matter what we did. We didn’t bother calling management. Property manager communication was proactive and helpful. Walmart close. We also enjoyed South Pittsburgh TN and the Lodge cast iron museum, cute small town less than 20 minutes away. All in all a great stay and we would visit again.

It was exactly what I was looking for. The. Idea are stunning and loved that the hot tub was in a perfect place so you can still see the mountains and water. We all had enough space to move around without being on top of each other

Wow!! The perfect honeymoon getaway for my new husband and I. This was my first time booking an Airbnb and it was super easy. Michael’s instructions on how to get in and get settled were so detailed but not too complicated. The cabin was so clean, so private, and not far from good food and activities. The beds were so comfy and the natural sunlight from the giant windows and skylights were so nice to wake up to. My husband and I were so excited when we pulled up to the cabin. Such an incredible stay!

We had a wonderful anniversary trip at Hudson's. the view is amazing some great restaurants and awesome hiking nearby. the cabin is great and we loved looking at the stars from the hot tub. Can't wait to come back!

This cabin was exactly what we needed to reconnect with nature and each other. Nick was very helpful, responsive, and had several great recommendations for local attractions. The cabin itself was comfortable and felt like home!

A perfect retreat for my wife, our daughter, and me after the Thanksgiving rush. So homey, peaceful, and quiet, with just the right amount of kitsch. Comfy beds, beautiful setting, cozy furnishings, everything we needed to unwind. This unit is a surprisingly roomy two bedroom (king bed and bunk beds) with a full bath and spacious living room/kitchen combo. We’d love to come back when it’s warm enough to be outside, but the 20 degree temps kept us inside and toasty, watching tv, playing games, reading, etc. We highly recommend!

Fantastic space and Michael was a great, responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone on a fishing trip or just who want to enjoy the river!

We stayed at Heather's Airbnb for a cozy, reading weekend and it was the perfect pick! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed waking up to such a bright, beautiful space with tons of natural light. It was such a peaceful area, and we loved getting to take a reading break to go for a walk near the lake or sit on the dock. Having a private hot tub and a screened in patio with a fireplace was also a huge plus! Heather was responsive and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very taken care of during our time in Tracy City. We really enjoyed our weekend at Heather's and will certainly be back!

This was a great get away. if you are coming into town for Sweetens Cove, this is only 30 mins away.

This is a SPECIAL place! The Kingfisher Cabin is beautiful inside and out. A lot of care has been put into making this space perfect for spending quality time with family and friends in one of the most stunning natural settings in the Southeast. The short drive from Chattanooga began the decompression as we wound slowly through the river gorge. We found the cabin itself very private and cozy inside with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture, a great bluetooth speaker at the ready, and original art highlighting the natural beauty all around us. All the details are ready for fun and relaxation: the partially-covered porch, the flat backyard (great for playing games), the fire pit stocked with wood, the hammock and swing, and the swimming dock allowed everyone to fully enjoy the setting in their own way. The unspoiled viewshed and constant wildlife sightings made us feel like we were in a far-off place. My family and I will absolutely return, but for a longer stay next time!

This cabin was absolutely amazing!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The back porch was where we spent the majority of the time. We loved how quiet and secluded we felt. Tim left really great instructions and was very open and honest.

We had an amazing time at Jacob’s Airbnb. We brought along our toddlers and two small dogs- it was the perfect place to relax as a family. The gated and fenced back yard made the stay worry free with pets and children. Views were amazing and the house was very clean. Highly recommend- we will be back!

Waking up to panoramic lake views from the bed was so nice. The home’s location provided privacy, making it an excellent escape for couples seeking a quiet getaway. The huge screened-in porch was a standout feature—perfect for morning coffee or reading a book. Every detail of this charming property was warm and thoughtful. The host was very accommodating and made our stay seamless and stress-free. Whether you're looking to relax by the lake or enjoy a romantic evening by the fire, this Airbnb is an absolute dream come true. I can't recommend it highly enough!

This place is inside a beautiful gated community with views to die for! Madeleine was extremely responsive and catered to our every need! The kitchen was modern with all the nicest amenities of home including a coffee bean grinder and fresh beans for your coffee! The screened in porch allows for a perfect place to relax with a beautiful secure setting complete with a propane fire pit. This is a high end location for those looking for security and privacy. We will definitely choose this place again should we return to the Chattanooga area.

Stayed 3 nights with my dog. It was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. The campground is located perfectly for exploring Lookout Mountain without having to deal with Chattanooga traffic. There are activities on-site to keep you busy for a half-day: a cave with guided tour, swimming pool, 2 dog areas (1 fenced), shuffleboard, half court basketball court, community firepit, and a camp store with all the essentials with great extended hours. That being said, I would recommend checking in before the camp store closes at 10PM Eastern Time...the check-in message and email stated that my cabin would be open with the key in it. That was not the case, and I'm glad I headed straight there and not off to Lookout or downtown before check-in. no big deal, but might have been, just FYI. 2 shower houses (1 very clean, didn't check the other). Would make a return trip without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!

Me and my family had a great couple of days at the cabin. It appears to be more off the beaten path than it actually is. In reality downtown Chattanooga is just a few minutes away. Loved the rustic and reclaimed decor. I would highly recommend this AirBNB to any scenic city travelers.

Stayed here for my anniversary was very cute a peaceful. Would def recommend coming more towards the warmer months unless you can handle the cold as the A frames are not insulated but they do have propane space heaters that helped. Overall was perfect for a weekend get away

We had a lovely stay in Emilie’s cabin. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and came with all the amenities needed. The bed and living room furniture were quite comfortable. We were able to get undisturbed quality rest. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The cabin has both a mountain and river view which you are able to enjoy on a large covered front porch with rocking chairs. We enjoyed sitting on it drinking our morning coffee. The cabin location is also an easy 15 minute commute to everything we did - including downtown Chattanooga. Thank you Emilie & Jim for a great stay. It was honestly a treat!
