Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mariscal Sucre

This home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The host was very communicative and helped us with any questions we had promptly. The area is very fun with lots of great restaurants and bars, though a bit noisy at night. Some reviews had said there were issues with hot water but this was not a problem for us, the host explained how to change the water settings and it was very warm. The air conditioning was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this location for large groups!

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

La casa de Andrea se encuentra ubicada en una urbanización privada, muy segura y pacifica. La casa no puede ser mejor, 5 cuartos muy amplios y muchos espacios para compartir. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas incluyendo varios tipos de cafeteras ( americana, prensa francesa y espresso). Monica nos atendió muy bien y nos preparó algunos platos locales. A pocos minutos en carro puedes encontrar los mejores restaurantes y centros comerciales de la ciudad. Tuvimos una estancia fabulosa, Andrea estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades incluso cuando tuvimos una emergencia medica. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse en Cumbayá.

Excelente atención. Muy amable quien está a cargo. Todo impecable. Tal cual las fotos, la ubicación estratégica, todo queda cerca, seguro y tienes unas salas co-working. Que son muy útiles y así más áreas de dispersión en el conjunto residencial

Departamento muy limpio y de gran dimensión para hospedarse. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa. El anfitrión es muy agradable y responde los mensajes muy rápido.

Habitación impecable, limpio y ordenado, agradecido con Trinidad, nos demoramos en nuestra llegada por problemas de conexión, pero estuvo muy atenta a nuestra llegada en horario no hábil. Instrucciones claras , Detalles que se agradecen ( Acceso a plataformas streaming Netflix, Max ) 100 % Recomendado.

The location is great and the building is beautiful. You do have to provide the Airbnb host with people’s names and ID number that you have over in advance and guests have to provide security with their ID when they come inside. I wasn’t aware of this in advance, but it was easy to navigate as the host was very responsive.

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

Excellent appartment, very quiet and private, safe beautiful location, lots cafes and shops nearby, big windows so lots of natural light, comfy bed, 2 tables for work, good internet, kitchen has all you need, washer+dryer added extra comfort. Host is very responsive and friendly. We felt like at home and truly recommend!

Great place centrally located in the heart of La Carolina neighborhood in Quito. The condo is minutes walk to MegaMaxi (supermarket), shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, bars, and Parque Carolina. The location is the best selling feature of this condo. PROS: Quiet and safe building. Friendly doormen that allow for flexible check-in and check-out. The extra half-bath is convenient when sharing the condo with multiple adults. The kitchen is decently stocked. The washer-dryer are brand new and work great. And like I said, super walkable location. CONS: The sun hits this unit hard in the mornings and heats up the apartment. The place is also more worn down than expected -- broken sofa, toilet seats, soap dispensers, etc. The place was clean, but hasn't been updated in quite some time. Overall a fine stay though. Thank you.
