Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, lots of hot water in shower. Shared use of washer/dryer and sauna in adjoining house, outside grille and fire pit.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

"Lost Eden" Raystown Lake, mountain views, hot tub

Get "lost" to nature in this luxury house for two, located a 5 minute drive from Shy Beaver boat launch. Atop a meandering mountain road, this unique chalet has treetop views, a 30-foot-high living room, and a open bedroom with a king bed. Lots of natural light filters in from skylights and windows. A spiral staircase adjoins both decks. The lower level has a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall and patio furniture. A cable railing incloses the deck for an unobstructed view of nature.

Centrally located home 4 minutes from Aitch Boat Launch & Fishing Pier on Raystown Lake and 15 minutes to Downtown Historic Huntingdon and shopping. First floor features a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Second floor features a queen bedroom, a double twin bedroom, and a half bathroom. Relax outside on the covered deck or hang by the fire ring for a campfire and s'mores! The local area is filled with outdoor activities like hiking, biking, fishing, mountain biking and tons more.

We are only 35 minutes from Penn State, Lake Raystown is only 45 minutes, Mifflin Co. airport is 5 min, 3.5 miles from 322. 3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.
