Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. Biskupiec is a great place to get away from the daily hustle and bustle of a big city, and my apartment gives you that opportunity. It is located in the city center, 4 km from Lake Dadaj and 2 km from the city lake Kraks, where you can relax on the beaches, rent water equipment or fish (a permit must be purchased). A safe bicycle path leads to both from the apartment itself (I have 4 bicycles at my disposal). It is also a great base for visiting many towns and tourist attractions
