Condo vacation rentals in Marshall County

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Katie’s place was perfect for our trip to visit Notre Dame. It was clean and comfortable. Katie was super easy to deal with and answered all our questions quickly.

Cozy little place and so cute!! Loved it and the area was so nice and close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood and very clean house. Loved it!!!

We stayed here for five nights while in town for a memorial service. This was absolutely, hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had yet! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt totally safe. The unit was spotless and so comfortable! Exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing!! Everything was well cared for and we had so much room for our things. Sharon was kind enough to leave water, coffee and a few welcome snacks, which is so nice and unexpected! The bed is also comfy with premium sheets and more than enough towels. The deep bathtub was also a pleasant surprise. The reason for our visit was a sad occasion, but the warm, comfortable acomodations really helped us cope - it felt like home. This will be our “go to” place when we come to visit family!

Such a cute and cozy place to stay! Check in was a breeze and the house is very well stocked with everything you need. There was construction going on in the parking lot and the hosts were great at keeping us updated with where to park every day.

Everything but check in was 100%. Check in was problematic. Very complicated starting with instruction to use door 2. From the side I was parked on I could see only 2 doors so I used the door that was not the one that looked like main door. I was able to get in once I found the code but I couldn’t easily find the apt. Didn’t help that I ignored the ✔️ at the end of the code numbers. Finely a very nice young woman helped us find the apt. After all this 30 minutes at least, we discovered the other side of the building and the real door #2. From there on it was easier. Pity there are 3 different codes needed to finally get to the apt each time. Whew! Once we settled in, it was a pleasure!!

The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture in both living room and bedroom. It had very easy access to the water. It was pretty quiet since we were there Thursday to Saturday, not the full weekend, which we liked. Condos have shared walls so always a bit of “neighbor noise” just due to proximity, but honestly it was minimal. We had neighbors on both sides above and only heard minimal noise in the mornings. There is also ready access to charging which was great given we have an electric car.

Jennifer was super responsive and easy to deal with! The unit was just as described and the location was top notch - easy to get to restaurants and shops nearby! The view of the lake was great. Also, very easy and non-hassle check in and check out! Would definitely stay here again!

We came into town the night a tornado and storm hit which knocked out power in house we rented. I contacted Jennifer about her rental and within 2 hours we were rebooked and moved into her unit that had power…. She was very understanding and helpful.
