Very attractive 2 bedrooms one bathroom unit.

This condo is located on the ground level of a private nice large home built in 1964 and renovated on a 1000M2 property land overlooking the "Pitons du CARBET" hills. The area is conveniently located in the center of the island on the caribbean side near the main city of Fort de France just at walking distance away from a shopping center, accessible by car from most popular attractions and gastronomic restaurants of the island.The beach and nautical center of Schoelcher is just a 7 minutes ride.

Very nice new air-conditioned T2 cottage with a beautiful decoration and all the necessary equipment to have a good holiday! Located close to the village and the sea (1.5 km) in a quiet area. Large terrace with sea view and swimming pool to relax!!! The accommodation is not accessible to people with disabilities.
