Painawa means to rest or to breath in Sambal (local dialect). Positioned in the city center of Iba, Zambales, this place is close to everything like banks, local market, restaurants, local delicacies, sports complex etc. It is home of the sweetest mango in the world and long stretch of pristine beaches.
“The host was very friendly and accommodating. She gladly answered every question we have regarding the area. She even offered us a ride to the beach and other places. The room was super clean with modern design and appliances. There were bikes for strolling around the city or to the beach. Safe rin kasi there was a guard on duty at night. Really comfortable to stay in, parang hotel – hindi tinipid! 5/5, highly recommended!”

“This residence was perfect for our needs at the time.”
A very relaxing place to watch the beautiful sunset during summer. This place is a perfect getaway for a weekend relaxation with the beach front view of the West Philippine sea. Ideal for a family of 4 adults with 2 kids or couples for a romantic getaway . It is free from the hustle and bustle of the crowded and heavy traffic metro. The number of guest is negotiable upon reaching the maximum capacity which is 4 adults and 2 kids. More than the maximum occupancy, it will be charged accordingly.
“The place is great and I love that it is private and we had the place to ourselves. The only thing I did not like was when I had to explain everything to the owners' brother again. Check in was 2pm, we arrived 1:30pm and he said we were too early. "Ang aga nyo naman dumating." Second, he seemed unaware we had pets. He said they stopped accepting pets since last year. I hated the fact I had to explain to him that I have already spoken to Alexander and he is fully aware I had 2 dogs that are potty trained. I had to show him conversations before he offered to let us in. Third, I requested sleeping arrangements for our driver since it would be great if we can have the place all to ourselves. Just my family. And Alexander was kind enough to offer that we use the other villa just so the driver can sleep there separately from us. But, when we got there and I asked Melchor about the arrangement I requested, he said, "May gagamit dyan sa kabila, hindi ba pwedeng dyan nyo na lang patulugin? magbibigay na lang ng extra mattress." Which we agreed to because he said someone else will stay on the other villa. But, Nobody else arrived during our stay meaning he just did not want us to use the other villa even though it was offered to us. A little frustrated but over all it was a nice experience.”
