Pros: - The house has everything you need, 2 adults, 4 children, a dog and it was great, - backyard - large, spacious and well-maintained - The lake is beautiful, kayak, and the boat are doing a great job - beautiful neighborhood - Mr. Stanisław is a great introduction and departure, he also gave us some useful information about the area, I sincerely recommend

Beautiful neighborhood, clean in the cottage, everything you need and the appliances are working and high quality. The area adjacent to the cottage is large and you can find everything a person could need in such a place - a fire pit with a comfortable grate, hammocks, sun loungers, a shed with benches, a sauna, etc. We had a fire ready for us, and the barrel next to the sauna was filled with fresh water to cool off. Overall, I don't think it's any better. The only thing you can stick to is wifi, but it's because of its location (poor reception). It's enough for simple things, but I don't recommend it if someone wants to work remotely and needs to download large files. It's better to come without such tasks and enjoy this beautiful place to the fullest 😉

The accommodation was nice. We had some communication issues with the host at times, but these things can happen. He apologized for it, which was a very mature response. Overall, I recommend it.

A cottage on a plot of land surrounded by other recreational plots, but there were no neighbors around, nothing disturbed, and at the same time we felt safe. Very nicely decorated, comfortable, with everything you need. Beautiful neighborhood - river, forest, bike and walking trails. My dog and I spent a truly vacation week here and are adding to our favorite spots. Thanks and see you soon!

We had a great time at Maciej's house. The property is wonderful, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. The stunning views were the highlight of our stay. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Maciej was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing place to retreat to, it's not everyday that you stay in a treehouse with a hot tub! We chopped our own wood and got the log fire going! We also went down to the shop and cooked our own breakfast on the electric hob 🙂

The place is a little off the beaten path, but also not in the middle of it. Close to the river, close to Warsaw and like a summer. New cottages, you can see that it is well-maintained, perfectly clean, equipped with well equipped kitchen utensils, heated. Additional activities like a sauna or banya perfect for walkaging. A place for those who want to relax outside the city, but don't roam all over Poland.

I discovered an area of Poland that I did not know. A small green area near the river where you can work while admiring the view in the company of swans. Spacious and bright rooms and windows and a comfortable and very elegant space with a full kitchen and small design elements that warm the environment.

Everything is great , the river , the sauna. No matter what, please be careful that the barbeque is a plant, but you can pay the card so there were no problems with that.

A large room, everything we needed was there, a well-connected place, close to bus and tram stops. For us, the location was perfect, clean, and cozy. Seamless check-in process. I recommend :)

Very pleasant and unusual holiday. A floating cottage can swim and moor in a secluded mmis to make a barbecue. I also managed to make a bonfire. Inside, there's everything you need to live: an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, hot water. It's nice to be on the water, and I find it appealing too. As we sail just a little further from the harbor, we find a secluded, tree-lined place away from people. At the same time, you can get to the cottage by public transport, which I also consider an car. The host is friendly and helpful - he provided good advice, and his advice made it easier for me to acclimatize to the cottage. If someone wants to spend a night or a few nights in a different place than usual, the floating cottage is definitely for them :) It's also worth considering swimming for a few days :) I think so, especially since you don't need to have a sailor's patent to bounce off the shore :)

The host, Marzena, is a very nice, warm person who has done everything from the beginning to make us feel at home. The home was perfectly prepared, clean, and well-equipped. Contact with the owner was great – always available, helpful, and really involved. Our stay was absolutely seamless and very enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be back :)
