This is truly a rare gem in Warsaw! The location is excellent, close to the subway and shops, less than 25 minutes by taxi/Uber from the city centre. It’s tucked away in a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The studio itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Krzysztof is an outstanding host — incredibly welcoming, patient, and professional. He provided very detailed instructions for the automated check-in, along with details of nearby shops and subway stat. Even though I arrived later than expected at night, he kindly came by to personally greet me and make sure I was comfortable with the check-in process and had everything I needed. As a solo traveler visiting Warsaw for the first time, I truly appreciated this level of care — it made me feel instantly welcomed and at ease. I absolutely loved my stay at Krzysztof’s Airbnb, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for future trips.

Moc hezký byt s vybavenou kuchyní a klidným okolím. Potěšily mě sladkosti k čaji a vajíčka v lednici :-)

It was great. Artur allowed us to come in apartman earlier so we was very happy. In apartman I felt like in home :)

Everything was perfect , we feel very lucky to have found and stayed in such a wonderful place. Having a parking space was very helpful we got cheaper flights in to Modlin and hired a car then drove 40 minutes to the location very easy. The flat is wonderful so clean and quiet I slept so well the whole holiday, the shop does stairs was very handy, the restaurant across the road was lovely l, there was always a electric scooter on hand, the wi-fi was super fast all holiday and the odd evening we did stay in we logged into our Netflix, overall fantastic thank you so much

Nous sommes très contentes de notre séjour à Varsovie ! Le logement était très propre et bien situé, proche d’un arrêt de tram. Il y a aussi une place de parking sous-terrain, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte est très sympathique et répond rapidement aux messages. Petit bémol pour les stores qui cachent peu le jour quand le soleil se lève le matin, nous qui ne sommes pas habituées. Au plaisir de revenir

Wspaniały duży dom, bardzo dobrze wyposażony - ogromna kanapa, kominek, rzutnik, bardzo dobry internet, odtwarzacz płyt winylowych z fajną kolekcją, dwa ekspresy do kawy, duża kuchnia, grill, miejsce na ognisko. Po prostu wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Ogromna działka, położona niemalże w lesie z furtką prosto do lasu. Kontakt z gospodarzem wzorowy. Paula bardzo ułatwiła nam wprowadzenie się do domu, pokazała cały obiekt i była pod telefonem w razie wszelkich pytań. Z miejscówek z airbnb w Polsce w których byłem ten dom był zdecydowanie najfajniejszy. Będziemy wracać!!!! ;)

Had a great stay — highly recommend! The projector was a fantastic touch that made evenings feel like a cozy home cinema. Kamil was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.

Spędziliśmy tu sylwestra i jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni Pani Katarzynie, że nas przyjęła :) Domek bardzo ładny, przytulny, ciepły i czysty. Domek bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Na wejściu czekał na nas szampan :) Super okolica, wiele pięknych miejsc do spacerowania. Bardzo polecam pobyt u Pani Katarzyny, będziemy tu chętnie wracać!

Despite being winter, the warm atmosphere made the place feel cozy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tomasz’s parents, whose kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. They were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully decorated with vintage pieces from the 1970s, and full of entertainment options. It was the perfect place to both unwind and have fun, whether we were relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna or exploring the themed room and playroom. It was a truly wonderful stay!

Perfect location. Very cosy apartment. Only downside is that the mattress is a futon on top of wooden slats, and unless you are used to such things, you may find it very uncomfortable.

El departamento es exactamente que en la descripción de las fotos. Es muy bonito y acogedor, y la zona en que se encuentra es muy buena, bien conectada y muy tranquila.
