Il casale in mattoni antichi sorge in prossimità del centro storico. Si sviluppa su due piani. Il primo piano composto da ampio salone, cucina e un bagno e il secondo piano composto da 3 stanze da letto arredate e confortevoli , 2 bagni, il tutto ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. An open-plan ecological cottage located on a quiet country lane which was the first Roman road in the area. With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.
