The house has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus a kitchen-dining room, with an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, household items, towels, sheets, air conditioning in common areas, and a 32" TV. The house is 1 km from the Roya Spring, where there is a source of filtered water from the Sierra.

Advance booking required The house si very spacious. It has a solarium on the third floor. It is a residential development with only 7 inhabited homes and with few children. Wake up to birdsong!

It is a spacious , new and very comfortable house with heating and air conditioning throughout the entire house. The leisure room, very equipped, is independent and does not disturb the other guests. Very well located to visit Andalucía. Very close to Osuna, Ecija, Estepa. Approximately one hour away from major cities to check out. The village has a lot of charm, with a pool and very attractive for tapas and typical meals.
