Comfortable and functional house, dining room, kitchen on the ground floor, 3 nice rooms upstairs and one more on the ground floor, garage for 2 cars, wheelchair access, great location in a quiet and safe subdivision, very close to restaurants, the central truck within walking distance, a super Mercado and the main road 2 blocks away. Excellent location for any tourist destination. We are in a private area, so there is tranquility and confidence in our environment.

The house has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, two of the bedrooms each have a sofa bed and in the living room there is another double sofa bed, in total 3 sofa beds and a cot. Therefore, it is suitable for up to 8 people. It has a small terrace with a barbecue, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. You would have the entire house and terrace for you. I live in the back and have my own separate entrance.
