It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. You can enjoy real Estonian farmlife - bring water from the well, make food on a woodheated stove and heat the sauna. And most importantly – work and worries can’t reach you here! The house is located in Võrumõisa, which is in a quiet summerhouse area, but at the same time within walking distance to Võru city center and Tamula beach. The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
