This space comfortably sleeps 4 with kitchenette, outdoor BBQ, and 1 bath You have access to the dock (you will walk down a steep switchback paved hill). The space has a keypad entry. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming.
