Pleasant stay and impeccable and very welcoming house and its host

We loved our stay at sylvaine’s. She was a lovely and very flexible host, allowing us to have an early check in and late checkout. Her place is also the perfect location in giverny, it is 5 mins walk from monets house and restaurants but not too close as to lose the peaceful environment of the countryside! She is great at responding and even has pamphlets for what’s on in the village. Really great experience and we would recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

We stayed at this place for a weekend getaway in Dieppe. We received a kind and attentive welcome, and we had a pleasant stay. Small private area with the possibility of enjoying the garden that the owners maintain nicely. The living space upstairs was really very nice, bright and spacious. What a beautiful house this really is such a peaceful little cottage in a such a peaceful town . 5 friends stayed here on a biking trip and it was home from home . Would definitely come back again and couldn’t recommend enough Géraldine was always at hand and got back to me within a few hours and explained everything perfectly Thank u very very much
