Around 15-20 mins away from Makati and BGC. You can have a good rest as the place is relaxing cosy and cold. Place is new and well maintained. View from the balcony is the highlight of this small unit. Coffee? Tea? Wine? or Beer? Overlooking city lights is amazing whether on the Condo’s Sky Deck or our own balcony.
