“We were so pleased to see that there was not only a great view, but a great large grassy field to run around with the dog and our son. The house has wonderful touches that match the age and feel of an older house from a different time. We were just passing through so we didn’t get to do much in the area, but we got some delicious breakfast and coffee from a local cafe and enjoyed the amazing private view of Lake Erie from our dining table. Would love to stay again!”
Snuggle up on plush seating in front of the gas fireplace after a day of strolling along the shoreline of Lake Erie. With homey decor, a color palette of light gray, and whimsical nautical flourishes, this home radiates warmth. Sleeping quarters with queen beds and a full bathroom are located on the second story of the home.
“This is a must stay! Do it! Book now! The home is spacious, lovely, located right at access to lake Erie sunsets, and just an all around comfortable experience. We had more than enough to eat for breakfast, the coffee, cocoa, juice, milk, and tea selection was superb. We had a wonderful welcome note, contact free entrance, there's a nice long driveway, and it's at the end of the street. The beach theme is exactly like my own home, so if course I felt comfortable with that. There was a children slave with board games, books, and toys. There's a full dining room, bath tub shower combo, two large bedrooms and wall in closet upstairs, as well as the makings of a 3rd bedroom basement space. Full size washer and dryer as well as a second bathroom were down there. This stay is perfect. I will say it's not for people who can't climb stairs, but otherwise you'll love it. We watched movies, read books, saw the sunset over Canada, and even got a wonderful fireworks show right from the patio. I was concerned about the proximity to the hospital, but never heard a siren once from inside the house. It's the best AirBnB I've found eat of the Mississippi, and I travel a lot!.”
The house lends itself to fun, by its design it is well lit by natural light and allows that outside in feeling. The inside has everything you want, from a gourmet kitchen, large screened TVs, Yamaha grand piano, choice guitars and comfortable furniture and beds to a magnificent backyard view. There is a table and chairs to relax and entertain or just take in the aroma of whatever is cooking on the out door gas grill. If there's too much sun or there's some rain coming in the cathedral ceiling covering the patio will keep you outside and content and the host is second to none.
“Our stay exceeded even the very high expectations that we had based on the prior glowing reviews. Brad and Tina went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Their thoughtful and generous amenities added a special element of fun to our vacation. I echo the sentiments of the reviewer who said that the fantastic house is exceeded only by the graciousness of Brad and Tina! The house itself is wonderful and offers plenty of space indoors and outdoors for a family to spread out, relax, and enjoy their stay. We will absolutely make an effort to stay here again and look forward to doing so. Thank you, Brad and Tina!”
