Welcome to your private room overlooking the garden in our friendly shared home, a perfect base for events at the NEC or the city. We live in an Edwardian townhouse in a residential suburb of Birmingham with 2 cats. There's free street parking and easy train and bus links to the City Centre and Solihull. You can get to the NEC by bus in half an hour or by car in 20 minutes, or by train, if you change at Birmingham Moor Street then go to Birmingham International from Birmingham New Street.

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Welcome to our comfortable and contemporary studio apartment; perfectly positioned between Solihull Town centre (1.5miles) and Shirley High Street (1.3miles) for your ultimate convenience. The perfect base for a couple to explore the West Midlands, visit the NEC or attend a concert at Resorts World. Feel free to "work from home" here with high speed WiFi, and relaxing in the evenings watching the smart TV. Recently renovated; freshly painted - we are very proud of this gorgeous apartment.

The flat is spacious and bright, with contemporary decor. The Master Bedroom is huge, with a double bed, and accent chair. The second bedroom a good size, with a double bed. The extra large lounge has 3 Sofa's, one of which is a small double sofa bed! The kitchen is fully fitted with standard sized appliances. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms which helps avoid queues for the loo! Our Carpets have just been replaced and are brand new! Please remove shoes.
