16' yurt with full view of Denali on a clear day, and 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains. Fully furnished with electricity, water, and a propane cooking stove, this setup is perfect for avoiding the crowds of the park but still experience true Alaskan beauty. And in the winter, it can be an excellent Northern Lights viewing area!
“This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to get out of town (Anchorage) for a bit and the Yurts were suggested by a co-worker. We had no idea what to expect but the pictures looked perfect. The yurts offered AMAZING 360 views, a comfortable bed for two adults, a jug of water (which was unexpected), as well as our own outhouse. The yurt was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for cooking breakfast. I would bring any special seasonings you want, salt and pepper were provided. Clay was responsive to the few questions that we did have. Overall it was a great two nights and we anticipate going back.”
A sweet 1 bedroom log cabin in the best setting in the Denli Park area. Very private, on a crystal clear lake surrounded by big beautiful mountains. The cabin has a real nice kitchen hot/cold running water, full bath, everything you need but your personal gear and food, and Denali Park's first and only solar powered guest cabin!. Kind of our 'honeymoon suite', yet some guests, especially Alaskans, have had up to 8 people staying here with tents in the yard. WIFI, Apple TV, your own fire pit.
“I had a great time here with my dog Max. We spent hours at the river— and had it all to ourselves! My dog loves to romp around in shallow water so the side streams were a dream for him. I will look forward to coming back when the lake is thawed - it will be perfect for paddleboarding! I enjoyed making a campfire and just hanging out on the property. There is a cute path through the woods that surrounds the lake. Great location for exploring Denali and the surrounding area.”
Very Unique Airbnb, my fourth summer season in 2020, my guest loved it who stayed the last three summers, I'm so excited :) . My place is 9 miles South from the Denali National Park road entrance. You’ll love my place because of the Location, away from the lodges and clutter of people; the coziness. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
“We chose to stay in the bus because it seemed like a new and interesting experience. It did not disappoint! We really loved it. First, the property is beautiful. It seems to be meticulously maintained and the paths leading up to the bus were surrounded by plants and moss and rocks and it was all perfect! The bus was easy to access. Our stay was completely rained out so we spent more time in the bus than I think is typical, but we were comfy and cozy. The outhouse is just a few steps from the exit of the bus. We used the kitchen in the bus to cook a full breakfast and dinner. There is no running water, but with a little ingenuity, and the provided water jugs, it’s really easy to acclimate. The WiFi was very fast, which is good because even though we’re on vacation, work must still get done. As I stated earlier, it rained for our entire stay, but it was relaxing to listen to the raindrops on the roof of the bus and watch the little birds flutter about in the trees. We’ll need to come back to Denali when there will be drier weather and when we do, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the bus is available! TLDR: cool bus, beautiful property, outhouse, no running water, good WiFi”
