Loved my stay here! great great view! had a lot of places close by to eat. Maybe there should be more instructions for parking how to locate where to go but everything else was good!

Estuvimos con mi familia hospedándonos en el apartamento de Brenda. Es un lugar excelente, limpio cómodo, amplio. Los de vigilancia fueron muy atentos, ya nos estaban esperando y nos guiaron en el proceso de check in. Las instrucciones de Brenda fueron claras y precisas. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y por supuesto lo volveremos a usar cuando volvamos a El Salvador.

Nos encanto el lugar, está muy bien ubicado, muy estratégico, se puede desplazar de manera rápida en cualquier lugar de San Salvador. También en sus alrededores existen muchos lugares como supermercados, restaurantes y bares. El lugar es muy seguro, cuenta con vigilancia y los vecinos son muy respetuosos. Nuestra estadía estuvo excelente, recomiendo este lugar. Gracias por todo Guillermo.

La casa de la abuela es muy bonita, la ubicacion ideal es un lugar muy seguro y Claudia muy amable y siempre dispuesta para ayudar.

The place was great and modern, just like in the photos. Everything was clean, and the view was amazing, with lots of birds and fireflies at night. The bed was comfortable and we felt right at home. We had almost everything we needed. A third towel would be nice since Airbnbs always forget that women need an extra towel to dry their hair. But we asked for more towels and Diego came the next day to deliver more, so it was resolved quickly. Besides that, a fan would be nice. It gets hot in the living area, and opening the windows meant letting all the bugs in. Nonetheless, we had a great time and I still think it was worth it!

The place was beautiful. José was very friendly, responsive, and understanding. The groundkeeper Roberto was also very friendly and helpful during our stay - letting us in after check in hours due to some heavy traffic. The house was peaceful and private with beautiful views overlooking Lago de Coatepeque. A steep incline to the house, but nothing impossible. I would strongly recommend staying here.

A Favorable Find!!! I needed a place at the last minute & was able to book immediately with Victor-even allowing us to check-in early! It was super easy to find & match the description to a T. The house feels comfortable & homey, not to mention how IMMUCULATE & PRISTINE everything was. There is a little store around the corner that was helpful & they are super friendly. We extended our stay & it made our trip so much easier. The kitchen is easy to manage even though it needed more cooking utensils.

El lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para una estancia agradable. La zona es segura y tranquila, ideal para descansar. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Lichi's place was great for our family. The home is on a busy street but we never had issues pulling in & out of the garage that has a garage opener. The living room and dining room had a good flow and there was additional sitting area in the terrace. There is a room out in the back with a washer and dryer, make sure to bring your own detergent and drying sheets. The rooms had A/C so we slept comfortably, beds were a little hard but the linens, quilts & pillows were comfy. Great closet space in all rooms and bath towels were provided. Kitchen was well equipped with the basics (if you like to drink wine bring opener) Floor was a bit dirty, if you walked barefoot your feet would be black but no biggie, some spider webs in the shared bathroom but we got them with the broom from utility room. Lichi was very easy to communicate with a very responsive. The location was great, very centralized, grocery stores, little stores, eateries and restaurants close by. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Highly recommend, felt extremely safe the property is surrounded by security. Anabel was super friendly and responded very quick. 10/10 recommend

El alojamiento fue excelente. Espacio limpio, cómodo y bien equipado, ideal para descansar y disfrutar del entorno. La ubicación es conveniente y todo funcionó perfectamente durante la estadía. Una opción altamente recomendable para quienes buscan tranquilidad para una estadía por trabajo o vacaciones Muy buen servicio de Cesar! Muy agradecido!

Quiero volver a quedarme acá en mi próximo viaje a El Salvador, el lugar es excelente tiene todo lo que uno necesita y más ! Jaime es un excelente Host estoy muy agradecido por cómo fue él conmigo y lo pendiente que estuvo, la vigilancia a la entrada es excepcional no tengo nada de que quejarme, me encantó el detalle de los snacks el agua y las bebidas en el refrigerador es algo que no había visto nunca antes en mis experiencias con Airbnb, vale cada centavo de la estadía ! Cuartos muy espaciosos y los baños bastante limpio, y el balcón o mini terraza fue excelente, quedé encantado nuevamente muchas gracias Don Jaime !

Can I say it was one of the best stays i’ve ever had. No complications at all, everything you need is provided. Private, quiet and may I say that view is FENOMENAL!!! Truly loved my stay. Amazing communication/instructions. Pool was also cool!
