The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. No road to cross -- walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet private beach with miles of sand in either direction.
