For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

The Stone House in Aspro (South Side)

The Southern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a spacious innter yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

A beautiful stone house, built in Pemonia, Apokoronas, just 20 minutes from Chania and 25' from Rethymno. An ideal destination for lovers of nature, but also. The house consists of 2 parts. The first includes the kitchen and the toilet. In the second part there is a spacious open space, with a fireplace, 2 sofas, one of which becomes a double bed and a bedroom that accommodates two people. Finally, a barbecue and a wood oven await you for delicious treats!

Our house is located in the heart of the Apokronas region, between the white mountain foothills and the crystal clear waters of Souda Bay (20 min). Among the olive trees and vineyards, it is an ancient Kafenio renovated by a local Greek architect. It offers the charm of the Greek tradition and all the modern comforts. The garden is built on 3 terraces facing south. In Samonas is a famous taverna. A Stylos (10 min drive) shops, tavernas, minimmarkets.
