Vacation rentals with a pool in Mendes

Mariana Dona Isabel was extremely attentive. We were given a lot of information about the site. Local restaurants, shops, etc. As we went over the weekend with a lot of rain forecast for all and state , she offered us games to distract us at home as well. The house is excellent! Very beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped. We were delighted with the organization. Everything perfect! Clean linens and bath linens. We still had the help of the housekeeper who was very polite and helpful . I and my family plan to come back for sure!

Great place to rest, fully private space with all the amenities you need. For moviegoers, the house has a collection of cinema classics, including silent cinema. For readers, there are some very interesting books at your disposal. Me and my family intend to return.

Our stay on the Kadu site was great! He was super kind to us, was super helpful and flexible with the schedules! The children loved the space and took great advantage of the pool that is excellent in size. The place is very quiet, everything clean and organized. In the lake we still managed to fish, everyone had fun! I'll be back for sure!

The house is very faithful to the listing. It accommodates the number of people in the listing very well. Great for large groups and with children. Location near the city center. Anamaria was always available and ready to answer any questions. I recommend it!!!

Great structure to enjoy a few days with family and friends. The rooms in the annex are super renovated, those in the house are a few older but it has its charm of a family home. Please feel like you are spending the weekend at the grandparents' home The social area is all connected, making it easier to keep an eye on the children. The space was very clean when we arrived and all the utensils needed for cooking are available. Gabriel has always been extremely participative, presented everything and talked about some improvements he is making and what he intends to do on site. We spent 3 great days as a family!

Impeccable apartment, everything properly organized, with towels for guests and condominium with great safety infrastructure, food, leisure area and gym. The property's location is also privileged, with exit very close to the avenue of the Americas. There are also some restaurants very close to walking (and also a market), which made our stay a lot easier. I highly recommend the property!

Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use

Very peaceful place to stay. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped with everything you need and the condominium is safe. It also has a beautiful view of nature. The supermarket and transportation are relatively close. Luiz is a good host, friendly and respectful.
