Qui potrete svegliarvi al canto degli uccelli, e rilassarvi all’ombra di un pergolato con un buon bicchiere di vino locale. La casa vacanze dispone di una camera da letto, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata. Viene fornita anche la biancheria. All'esterno, un ampio giardino privato con barbecue, doccia e solarium. The tourist rental of Sara Jane is located in the medieval historic center of Gubbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and antique wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (possible crib and high chair for children). Free parking is 200 meters away. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful little house, close to Fano, beaches, hill

Just 5 minutes from downtown Fano, charming little house in the middle of its greenery, with pine forest and various plants, close to Fano and the sea. Charming, sea view from the first floor and hill view on the other side of the house, the nearby 12-hectare park around the house has 900 olive trees. My place is good for families (with kids). (The house has no fence, except on the road side, so it is not ideal for animals if they are too much explorers...)

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our garage during closed hours. Period residence in the historic centre of Assisi, convenient for walking around with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

The Tavignano estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, within the famous DOC of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, between the valleys of the river Esino and the Musone on one side, and between the Apennines and the sea on the other side. From the highest promontory of the Estate dominates the manor house, which houses the barrique, the family house, and an elegant Guest House.
