Vacation rentals with beach access in Merseyside

Helpful & quick responses to my queries. Plenty of little extras to make your stay easier, only two things would have improved our visit - a hairdryer & a potato peeler!! Not a huge amount of kerb appeal, but really lovely inside! All in all a great stay, thank you.

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Me my wife and our two young sons stayed at Lyns place in Southport for the last week of december. The place was relly cosy and the whole family really felt at home during out stay. It was right by the lake and we enjoyed breafast watchng the sun come up at their lovley window side dining table. Lyn was extremely helpful with settling us in and even gave us nice recomendations for the area. We will most certainly stay again on our next visit.

Nicky’s place is a super rare gem of a place to stay! Beautiful views and a cosy spacious home to stay in. Nicky even went out of her way to provide toys and Easter chocolate for our two year old son who loved it ❤️ We will most definitely return! Thank you.

Thank you Thomas for a wonderful stay in your home, it’s stunning and myself and my daughter loved it and we will be back. Such a perfect location, very quiet and beach on your doorstep, my dog loved it and was shattered.

Ed’s place is perfectly situated in the gorgeous historic setting of Hamilton Square which has a train station and ferry port taking you into the city in minutes! Ed’s place is right at the top but the views are so worth the climb! Bedding and towels beautifully clean, fresh and plentiful and furnishings are comfy and non-pretentious so you feel right at home. Ed is an attentive host, providing all you need after a long drive (sorry we didn’t eat the eggs!). He left out a parking permit for us and access was easy. Nearby Wetherspoons does a great brekkie and a walk around Woodside murals are lovely and views spectacular across the river. Nearby New Brighton, Vale Park, Birkenhead Park and Priory are worth visiting as well as is the city of Liverpool itself. Only thing we missed was a dining table but honestly that’s the only recommendation I can think of! Thanks so much Ed, we will be back 😊

A beautiful home to stop in with easy access to marine lake and station for visits to Liverpool

Lovely family stay at Hoylake , the maisonette was luxurious and very spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space and were right next to the beach and walking distance of a fantastic Sunday lunch at 21st amendment. Would come back and recommend to family and friends

Lovely weekend stay at the cottage, everything we needed was already there, very good host The pub was lovely too, great food and not far away at all

Expensive but luxurious house very close to West Kirby beach, at the end of a cul-de-sace, with views over the Dee estuary, Hilbre islands, Royal Liverpool golf course. In close (walking) proximity to the West Kirby marine lake, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, with fast access to train/metro into Liverpool or towards Chester/Cheshire. The house is very spacious, many rooms and beds to choose from. The kitchen diner is particularly nice as it is located at the back of the house, looking onto the garden & terrace, with cooking island, induction cooker, several ovens and microwave, lots of cooking utensils, trays, pans etc. Outside space is very quiet, all you hear are bird sounds & occasionally a golfer teeing off :-) Beds are very soft (not everybody will like that)! Private parking space for 2 cars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would return in future when visiting the area again

14 of us stayed for my hen do and we had the best time! The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was perfect, spotless & had everything we could’ve needed. Communication was great, even responding to my bridesmaids when they were planning surprises or earlier check in. The beds were comfy, everyone slept well and there was so much space! It was a perfect location to travel into Liverpool for a night out and an easy walk to Crosby beach. There’s also shops & bars in walking distance. The area was peaceful with lots of parking spaces. I need to find another excuse to be able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Donna is a fantastic host with a fantastic house with everything you need for a very comfortable stay the house is spotless and lovely and she is always on hand to help with any questions and great recommendations 100 percent recommended

Everything was amazing, Stephen and Irene could not have been more helpful in the lead up to the weekend. The house was in a perfect location, and ideal for our plans! Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back in the future !!

The flat is on the top floor and overlooks Royal Liverpool Golf Course. It is a short walk to Hoylake so great location. Access is via a metal spiral staircase at the rear of the building and up some steep steps up to the door so it’s a bit tricky with a suitcase and not suitable for less mobile people. Inside the flat there are also steps but overall it is a great location and a really nice place.

A fantastic place to stay! Friendly hosts, eveb better facilities. We stayed for two nights and had everything we needed, was secluded enough from the city but only a 15 min drive from Liverpool itself. Plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. The beds were comfortable and had a good nights rest

Our favourite ever airbnb. Everything was so cosy and the place had everything you could possibly need. Lily has obviously put so much thought and love into making this the perfect little nest for anyone visiting the sights of New Brighton, which, by the way, are right on your doorstep. Lovely view of the lighthouse from the breakfast table. Just a perfect air bnb. Thank you!

Great apartment Easy to get out and about (walk, train, car) - though there is a BIG hill back Lots to do Had a great stay Apartment excellently equipped for all our needs with plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby. Lovely welcome hamper and stocked fridge - very much appreciated And a bathroom stocked with a multitude of toiletries Neil very friendly - and we loved the VERY subtle nod to his work near the front door!! 😊

Fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. The location was great. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We really loved this penthouse apartment - it was conveniently located near the shop fronts, beach and train station. The interior and view are absolutely beautiful.

The apartment is absolutely lovely with amazing views. It was pristine and very comfortable. West Kirby is great with lots to do in the area, great restaurant and coffee shops. Diane was the perfect host.

What an amazing place! Beautiful home with incredible views. Super comfortable and well equipped, with attention to detail and design in every room. A true home away. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope we’ll be able to return soon.
