The location is excellent—just near the beach, though you need to cross the road to get there and the restaurant need 15 to 30 min drive. The homestay also features a swimming pool, which is a great addition, especially for families and groups. They also provide volleyball, snooker and archery for guest to play. Each room is well-equipped with three single beds, making it comfortable for small groups. A convenient feature is the separate door that allows guests to enter directly from the pool area, which is great for those who want to take a quick swim and return to their rooms easily. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, with options like bread, cornflakes, and eggs, which is a nice touch. One of the highlights of this homestay is the activities they suggest for guests. They offer guided walks and hiking trips to Pulau Mawar with professional guides, perfect for nature lovers.

The place is very spacious, cosy and clean. It’s a great place to stay for big groups!

I‘ll make it short: It was perfect! It was the adventure we‘ve hoped for. Step from the terrace into the water and you can go swimming and snorkeling. The stream you’ll have to cross made it even more secluded (Don’t worry Kelvin will help you with your luggage). The place has two units but since we were the only guests we had it all for ourselves. Our hosts where super friendly and helpful and the snorkeling trip organized by Kelvin was a wonderful experience. Enough restaurants just a stroll down the beach nearby to get good breakfast and dinner Actually we wanted to stay longer, what we‘ll definitely will do when we return. 😊

Tool’s SingHome house was great for our extended family with three large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. It’s close to downtown but a bit far to walk regularly. It was easy to get in and out and there was convenient parking at the house. Tolo was kind enough to help us arrange for a car (on a national holiday). He also was flexible and accommodating on a couple of our requests. He even helped us to retrieve our daughter’s blanket days afterward, which we had left behind. Thanks Tolo!

It was a pleasure staying at IF Homestay. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was spotless and smelled fresh, with all the necessary facilities available.Perfect for family! I highly recommend this place, especially since it’s close to many local attractions. We tried the local food at the riverside food court during lunchtime. It was absolutely delicious! However, I wouldn’t recommend eating there at night as the prices were a bit steep. The homestay is also very close to Mersing Jetty, making it the perfect stop if you’re planning to travel to Tioman Island the next day. Thank you, Firdaus and Intan, for hosting us!

Good place to stay for family in Mersing. Only a few mins away from the jetty and main town so very convenient yet quiet.

place is great.. 3 bedroom + 1 bathroom. kitchen is complete. only the staff contact number in the check in instructions is incomplete.. so, need to arrive at the house before can call the staff.
