So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay!! It is clean, quiet and well equipped- in addition to having our own suite, we had a private patio to relax and bbq ! No problem with parking and the suite is centrally located within Grand Junction - in addition to being a great host, Mitch’s knowledge of the area and recommendations was extremely helpful ! We were very comfortable and felt very welcomed ! We would definitely stay again !!

The place was even better than depicted, because of the intention that is put into every detail of the accommodations. Extra care was evident! Much appreciated and highly recommended.

This was the perfect spot our family in Crawford! The kitchen was well-equipped and the hosts were very responsive to our requests for additional cooking tools.The hot tub, pool table, foosball table and firepit provided hours of family fun, especially for the grandchildren. Lots of space for sleeping and gathering. Cookies, snacks and coffee bar added to the fun. Will definitely stay here again when in area.

Our stay was very comfortable. Tara and her husband were lovely and our dachshund got to play with their pups. It was a good location, lots of restaurants nearby, quick access to the highway. Internet worked well. Kitchen is small but functional.

Good spot for exploring the Grand Junction and Fruita area. Just as described and easy to communicate with Jessica throughout the stay.

It was my first time in Colorado and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to explore Grand Junction! It was nice and cozy and the perfect space to chill after walking downtown! Definitely would stay here again!

This is the only truly ski in/out property @ Powderhorn! Beautifully remodeled with top knotch materials- has most seating sofa I've seen. Also has handy access thru back hall door to Slopeside Grill. Aaron extremely responsive & generous with check out. Look forward to return trip including lodge rooms for extended family.

We had a relaxing stay in this gem of a place near Cedaredge -we were skiing on the Grand Mesa. We met Regna who was welcoming and informative. She showed us around the various buildings. The property is beautiful. We could tell so much love and creativity has been put in over the years. Really good energy there. We had plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time staying several nights. It was private and we had everything we needed to have restful couple of days during our time in Grand Junction. The location is near the monument and has wonderful views of the surrounding area. Ann was extremely gracious and welcoming and responded to questions in more than a timely manner. Would recommend visiting her spot!

Seth’s place was easy to find and close to everything you might need. Very clean and well put together. They have a little back yard spot that’s fenced in, so our dog was happy to have grass to lay in/ bask in the sun. Since the studio has its own entrance, it really made it feel private. We didn’t hear or see anyone else during our stay.

Molly was very responsive and always checking to make sure I had what I needed. The place was very clean,cozy and beautiful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Cathy was a very accommodating hostess. She welcomes you into her home and gives great area suggestions and provides interesting conversation. Felt like visiting family without the hassle of family! The view from the private loft room is spectacular, especially at sunset. The photos don't do the view justice. So much to do in the area. We will be back!!

Very nice place. love the colors and peacefulness of the place. left a very important item at the stay and Kevin was very helpful in having a family member go by and get it for me. Comfortable bed and all the things you need. Even had a gift basket with water and some snacks.

Eric is an extremely good host and the views from the property are absolutely amazing!

Nice place to stay

A great place to stay in Grand Junction; dog was able to wander the fenced property which she enjoyed. Very classy apartment which was very well equipped. Excellent food options nearby: We enjoyed Thai food one night, and Indian food the next, both within two miles of the property! Will return to their place when passing through again!
