In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

The holiday apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. Rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bathtub and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The well-known architect Thormann built the villa in 1860 as his residence. The villa is located in the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the port worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger in. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , Poel Island or Kühlungsborn.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

You can really relax in the newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment. The accommodation is modern and cozy. It is equipped with everything your heart desires. The two-room apartment is located in the historic pedestrian zone of Wismar. The marketplace is within 5 minutes' walking distance. The train station is 10 minutes away and the harbor is 15 minutes away.
