Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Metropolitan City of Messina

This our second visit to Francesco’s house which says it all. We will be back for a third visit when time allows. Fully recommend. Francesco is a wonderful host and his house is the perfect place for a holiday in the hills.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We would recommend Francesco's place! The location was great! Few minutes walk away from the town, bus stops within 5-10 minute walk. Be prepared for about 5 flights of stairs to get to the Airbnb. It was a workout but still very worth it. It was a very quiet location where we felt very safe (3 early 20's women). The place seemed very old, so could feel a little damp inside but thankfully had two ACs on each floor that also acted as heaters so we were always at a comfortable temperature. The place had lots of amenities, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed.

Eine einfache aber wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz, mehreren Terassen und einem wunderschönen und unverbautem Blick auf das Meer. Von dort kann man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und man kann jeden Tag etwas neues entdecken. Sei es das Castello, den Capo Milazzo oder das alte und neue Zentrum der Stadt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Ja, es gibt keine richtigen Duschen oder eine Klimaanlage, aber das wurde durch die Aussicht, den großzügigen Garten und vieles mehr wieder wettgemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch Alessandra und ihre Familie. Superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren total nett und zeitnah auf Anfragen. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen auf Sizilien.

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

Excellent accueil de Tiziana, le logement est parfait, très propre et fonctionnel. Plein de petites attentions venant de Tiziana, nous avons fait du jus d'orange frais, les enfants se sont régalés. Café très bon. Nous avons visité le Cap de Milazzo et fait une excursion sur Stromboli, l'emplacement du logement est parfait. Parking privé pour la voiture. Petit supermarché à 30 secondes à pied si besoin. Merci beaucoup

Dieses Apartment hat zwar zwei Tische im Freien, dafür keinen im Inneren. in der Küche, wo dieser Platz hätte, steht leider ein Zusatzbett. Schlaf- und Badezimmer wurden vor kurzem sehr schön modernisiert. Aufgrund eines kleinen Malheurs bot mir die Gastgeberin an, in ein anderes, noch attraktiveres Apartment um. Das war natürlich ausgesprochen nett von ihr. Überhaupt ist Denise die best denkbare Gastgeberin. Stets gut gelaunt und freundlich, immer erreichbar, überaus großzügig und hilfsbereit, kurz, ein Schatz. Danke Denise und bis hoffentlich bald!

Ein kleines Paradies auf Sizilien! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Naxos sehr genossen. Die große Küche bildet das Herz der Wohnung, und die Sonnenterrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz – besonders beim Frühstück in der warmen Novembersonne mit Blick auf die Orangenplantage. Perfekt, um abzuschalten! Taormina, der imposante Ätna und das Meer mit langen Stränden sind schnell erreichbar und laden zu Ausflügen ein. Mathilde und Nicolò sind großartige Gastgeber: stets erreichbar, herzlich und voller Tipps. Auf Anfrage gab es sogar frische Orangen und hervorragendes Olivenöl – ein Highlight! Die Wände zur Nachbarwohnung könnten je nach Lautstärke der Nachbarn etwas dünn wirken, doch das tat unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – ein Muss für Naturliebhaber und Genießer! Vielen Dank nochmal von Herzen für diesen wundervollen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Euch! We had a fantastic stay at Katerina and Andrea’s place in Naxos! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located close to beautiful beaches and local restaurants. They were warm, welcoming hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here

The location is incredible and only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and the views from the terraces are stunning. Laura was also super helpful and able to give us restaurant recommendations and make reservations. Also have access to a shared pool/hot tub weather permitting as well as a washer. Only thing that could make be improved is the shower as it’s pretty small, but overall would love to stay here again and would strongly recommend for anyone traveling on the Sicilian coast!

Francesca’s home is perfect. Chiara greeted us at the home, and explained everything we could have possibly needed, as well, had many wonderful recommendations for us. The home is lovely, extremely clean, with a spectacular view . Town is very walkable. We would highly recommend Francesca’s home and hope to be rebooking again for ourselves.

Wonderful stay at this apartment. Beautiful views from the massive terrace. Easy walking into town down the steps. Francesco was a superb host and extremely attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend this apartment and it is worth every one of its 5 stars!

Very close to the RcD Centrale (train station), many food stores, bakeries, food/veggie shops around. Apartment is very spacious, has renoved bathroom and is located on ground floor (but no worries, it feels very safe, there is only 1 window overlooking the street). Tiziana replies in, literally, minutes, so there was no communication issues. The only thing I would recommend to be prepared for is quite old kitchen cutlery + some other kitchen equipments like chopping board, glasses, bowls etc. Overall - very nice place for stay in Reggio di Calabria :)

We had a wonderful stay at Dorotea’s flat in Taormina! The location is absolutely stunning, perched on the hillside with breathtaking views overlooking Isola Bella. It’s about a 30-minute walk to both the city centre and the beach, which makes it a peaceful retreat just outside the bustle. The apartment itself is newly renovated with a stylish and comfortable interior — everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. A special thanks to Dorothea, who made us feel at home from the very first minute. Highly recommended!

Le studio est très bien agencé et la terrasse est très agréable. La communication est très facile avec Arturo et Tatjana qui ont été très sympathiques.

Amazing Stay in a perfect location with perfect views. Hard to find a stay in Taormina with sea views, central location and convenient parking. This apartment had it all. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Taormina. The communication was on point, apartment was clean, well equipped and large enough for 4 people. Would stay here again.

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

Wir haben zu Zweit 4 Nächte bei Salvatore verbracht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß, die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Strandzugang ist super. Eine echte kleine Oase am Ende der Flaniermeile im sehr umtriebigen Giardini Naxos. Der Garten mit Meerblick ist super, aus einer Ecke kann man sogar den Etna sehen. Auch vom Strand aus. Liegen sind vorhanden. Das Appartment war blitzsauber. Alles Notwendige für einen entspannten Aufenthalt stand zur Verfügung. Salvatore ist ein super Gastgeber, Check-In und Check-Out waren völlig problemlos und an unseren Bedürfnissen orientiert. Auch für Rückfragen stand er immer zur Verfügung. Es gab kostenlose PArkplätze in allernächster Nähe. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Slavatore buchen.

This was a great stay. The balcony was magical. It is a great place rain or sun. We spent so much time on the balcony eating and relaxing. The kitchen was great to cook dinner and bed was very comfortable. It is in a perfect location. Silvia offered great recommendations. Did I mention the balcony… amazing!!!

A charming and beautifully located spot in the heart of Taormina. The space was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. The host was attentive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no espaço do Roberto! O apartamento é tal e qual a descrição e as fotografias, e tem todas as comodidades para um estadia mais prolongada. Camas confortáveis, casas de banho limpas, toalhas fofas e cozinha equipada. A localização também é óptima, a poucos passos do teatro grego, e da principal rua de Taormina. Mas o melhor de tudo é o acolhimento do Roberto: muito simpático, deu-nos logo várias dicas de como chegar a Taormina, como ir para os diversos locais que queríamos, sugestões de restaurantes, etc. Sempre tudo com uma enorme simpatia. Recomendo a 100% o espaço do Roberto para a vossa estadia em Taormina, seja ela de curta ou longa duração, não se vão arrepender!

Casa Lionessa, the location and the communication with Chiara was above my expectations. The view from of the bay and Mt Etna from the sunny terrace both day and night was spectacular and being across the road from the gorgeous park and moments from restaurants, bars and the Bam Bar made this an ideal romantic holiday location. The support I received from Chiara when my lugguage was lost by the airline was amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We were warmly welcomed by Rebecca at her bnb, she is a great host! The place is greatly located with all the peace of nature, and the entire experience was truly great. Thank you!!

The view is utterly spectacular. I will remember sitting on that patio eating breakfast for the rest of my life. Giulia is very responsive. Her parents, who live above, are very sweet and friendly. The layout worked for us - one of the bedrooms is connected to another one, so if you have young kids it's perfect to be near them. it's a 1K walk to town which we did everyday and found it delightful. it's away from the most touristy part of town and you pass a grocery store on the way to Porta Messina so it's actually quite convenient. You'll also pass the stairs to the Lumbini parking lot where a lot of the Etna tours pick up. the pool was fabulous - the pool deck also has a cornucopia of fruit trees, then there are the chickens and the aviaries. it's honestly unforgettable.
