Fred is an immensely hospitable and kind host. The flat also has a wonderful view and the staff working in the building is also very cool. The trip to the city of Recife became special, largely due to the location of the flat and the support that Fred gave us during the stay, being well requested and friendly. We felt at home.

Hire without fear, you are doing a great deal: - About the space is as in the photos, well taken care, with excellence, everything new, thought for the guest to have the best experience. the building has a great infrastructure, panoramic pool. - About the locality, everything is around you, the best restaurants, the best bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy and the shopping reef is 5 minutes walking, all very close and according to your convenience. About the host, Diogo is a wonderful person, always attentive to my msg and doubts and always helped me in what I needed.. the guy is 10! For me, it has already become my "residence" in reef!

The place looks quiet, there's a lot of commerce around which made my life kkkkkkkkk that I was because I needed to be in the consulate for a visa interview, and with hosting so close it was much easier to organize things. The host is very practical and objective, explained how to enter the building, where to park, what I could take or not. The apartment is very clean, impeccable, and the building's doorman is a love ❤️

The house is excellent, very well cared for, with a very good pool and very nice barbecue/ coexistence area. The rooms are large and well accommodate families with children and couples. The kitchen is very well-equipped, you can do everything and with the services of Avelina everything was much better!!! The beach area has a very delicious bath, well worth spending time resting and enjoying Itamaracá. To bid, Carolina and Romildo were attentive and helpful, answering our questions,doubts and making them more flexible. Without a doubt, we will return to other opportunities

a great apartment in an excellent condominium. the building's terrace has an amazing view of the surroundings and is also where the sauna and swimming pool are. The entrance to the garage is very narrow and needs a lot of attention in case of larger vehicles. fuel station just ahead, mall and wholesalers, MC donalds, bakeries, in short, a trade is enough strong and varied. I loved the location and especially the apartment.

Simply AMAZING! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The apartment is wonderful — super spacious, cozy and decorated with very good taste! The cleaning was impeccable, it looked like we were entering a brand new place. It had absolutely EVERYTHING a family needs to spend their days with comfort and tranquility. The location was also a great highlight: close to everything, with super easy access to any point of the city. And to improve even more, we found great restaurants and markets just steps away. Everything contributed to our experience being even more special. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back as soon as we can!
