Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Newly renovated and right in Wilhelmstraße, the promenade in Sellin. The apartment has two rooms that are separated by the hallway, bathroom and toilet are ideally in between. The property is 6 min walk from the beach. The property has a 55" Smart TV QLED, dining area and conservatory. The private bathroom is equipped with a rainshower and a hairdryer. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.

A well behaved dog is allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).
