If a reservation is made, the entire property is rented. It can be preferred for renting a detached house with a garden (our house has air conditioning). It can accommodate up to 7-8 people😇 It is a natural wonder surrounded by pine forests, located near the Bulak Mencilis Cave, 3 km from the city centre. A quiet and peaceful vineyard house with a large patio, camellia, kitchen stove and barbecue. Safranbolu houses are 7 km away, and the nearest grocery store is 2 km away. Housing up to 3 people, it is both ideal for a family that wants a relaxing swimming holiday as well as people that want to enjoy the nightlife of Elounda.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
