It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

A spacious, two-level apartment (67 sq m) located in a restored building of the historic, former railway station Ublik, in the heart of the so-called "Aryse Switzerland" in Masuria. The station is in the green garden (6,000 sq m). There are 3 lakes nearby and access to a rural, intimate beach on Lake Ublik Wielki (about 500 m).

There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate fire pit, a wooden playground with a sandpit and trampoline, and a hammock and sun loungers for rest. The terrace overlooks the garden and the lake - it is a great place to relax at the barbecue, enjoy evenings in the open air and active recreation. The cottage is located on a shared plot with a larger house, which is sometimes inhabited - there is also a cat living there. For this reason, we ask that dog guests be non-aggressive.
