On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.
