Locația este nouă și dispune de centrală termică proprie și geamuri termopan tripan care asigură o izolare fonică perfectă pentru liniștea dumneavoastră. Nearby there is a non-stop supermarket, restaurants, terraces, children's playground. Fully equipped kitchen: cooking utensils, gas stove, fridge. The bathroom has a bathtub and cosmetics are provided free of charge.
