This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. We invite you to visit Western Masurian area to spend a wonderful time in our luxury villa situated right at the Pozen Lake shore (3 meters). From the big terrace you can enjoy the view of the whole lake as well as as surrounding Tabor Forest. Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts.

Fully fenced area, with a jetty providing access to water (no baths allowed). We offer a 3-person boat. Lake Saxon the Great is about 200 meters away, where bathing is possible.
