Alejandro es un excelente anfitrión. Su departamento es excepcional. Está al final de la línea de edificios sobre costanera. Para ir a la zona gastronómica es mejor contar con vehículo propio. Caminar es buena opción por la belleza del entorno. El personal de seguridad del edificio es muy amable. El equipamiento del departamento es de vanguardia. Quizás existan opciones más económicas pero quedé satisfecho con la relación costo / beneficio.

I had a great stay at Rosana's place. She helped me with any questions or issues I had and provided lots of recommendations. Her house is simple but has everything you need for a short stay, is very clean and was excellent value for money, especially if you are travelling in a group. The neighbourhood felt very safe but can be a bit noisy at certain times as the house is directly next to the road. It's just under a 10 minute walk to the centre of town where all the main bars, restaurants and supermarkets are and about 15 minutes from the bus terminal.

Bom lugar junto a costanera, porém o acesso é um pouco difícil, precisa “contornar” e entrar em uma via paralela à avenida. Demoramos a achar na chegada. O lugar estava limpo e organizado, com toalhas a disposição. Apesar de estar tudo ok a casa é perceptivelmente mais antiga, móveis gastos e banheiro não muito cômodo. Infestação de mosquitos, tivemos que correr comprar repelente pois não tinha condições de ficar dentro da casa, mas avisamos a anfitriã, espero que resolvam a situação. No geral boa estadia próximo a costanera, muitos restaurantes e bares próximos, bom pra que gosta de sair caminhando pra conhecer a cidade, lugar muito tranquilo, rua pouco movimentada, o carro ficou na rua sem problemas. Vale a pena para estadias curtas de final de semana, para mais dias talvez sinta falta de algumas comodidades e um lugar mais acessível.

This is a beautiful historic large home that housed my family (5 + nanny), and our friends family (5) for over a week. The location is unbeatable. It's extremely private and peaceful and such a unique location being in a jungle on a calm river that borders Paraguay. Please expect to absolutely fall in love with morning and evening fires in the fireplace with the sounds and smells of the jungle. The staff is very helpful from making beds, cleaning bathrooms, helping with laundry (small fee) to driving us around to where we need to go (also small fee). The wifi here is pretty weak, but this absolutely is a 5 star location because we came here for the experience in a private jungle, not for internet we can get at home. The hotel restaurant is a short walk away and is 5 stars by itself. Please eat dinner there. The two local towns are good for basic groceries and produce. If you want to eat out, check out the main city by the falls. It's outstanding. We'd stay here again for sure!

Definitely a bit more rustic, but it was amazing to stay directly in a more tropical environment. Lots to do and explore on the property. Great community of people that come to spend time and cook with you and for you. Would recommend to anyone!

La cabaña est un endroit exceptionnel pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature environnante. La maison est super confortable, accueillante et agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés le Airbnb de Simone. à bientôt sans aucun doute !
