The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it has an air conditioner, equipped with moder furnitures and machinery. It is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 people as well (one double bed with a comfortable premium matrace and a simple sofa bed). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, very close to the Szinva Terrace, on Széchenyi István street, which is the pedestrian street of Miskolc.

A hálóban önálló munkavégzésre alkalmas bárasztal is helyet kapott. A kényelmes fürdőszobában esőztető zuhanyzó segíti az ellazulást.
