It was an amazing experience, the attention and interest of Ms. Çağla is wonderful. There are all the things you need in the house, from the coffee maker to the tea maker.. to the detergent varieties.. even the zero kitchen cloth and sponge were ready for us. There was constant hot water, the house is in the village, the neighbors are very friendly, located in the middle of many points. I say do not return without drinking tea in the village coffee. Due to the fact that the house is wooden, there is a little noise downstairs, and if there was no wifi🤭, we would be miserable in the village. Thank you very much for everything, we spent 3 days in this wonderful view and we enjoyed it very much.

Great host, kind and thoughtful. The home was super clean and didn't miss anything. The neighborhood is quiet and the market is just a short distance away. I highly recommend it.

We will not forget the 5 days we spent in this house, which has all kinds of comfort in the peaceful quiet neighborhood, with extremely gulerious, hospitable and helpful neighbors. If you want to feel at home, you can choose it without thinking. Both immaculately raw, tidy, and have everything you may need at home. If you have the slightest problem, Ms. Gizem immediately comes up with a solution. She also refunded us because there was a problem with our shower and we were trying to help. A host I would prefer without thinking if I stay upright again. Have plenty of guest 🙂🙃

Well… how can one start … I had the best time and experience staying in Antonaras & Dimitris’ house. Dimitris met me when I came with the taxi at midnight and showed me inside, and was always (always!) available for me and my needs. I found myself extending stay 4 times and I enjoyed the stay to the outmost extent. I felt at home, it was perfect for me and my usage. I had a motorcycle so going down and up in the village was super easy. Dimitris treated me like his son and was super attentive to me whenever I needed him. I will definitely come back to stay with Antonaras and Dimitris.

A big thank you to Abdullah and Yasmine for their warm welcome, hospitality and kindness! The house is amazing, very well located if you like calm and nature, a real corner of paradise, very clean and very quiet! We had a great time thanks to both of them! Thank you so much

Loved the spot, very quiet and yet minutes from everything one would need. The town is so lovely with several nice restaurants and a wonderful GeoPark to visit. Host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. My family and I had a pleasant stay. The house is accurate to the photos, very functional and the decor is really nice. With Gökhan's instructions we found the house without difficulty. You have to be transported but we were warned. In fact, he was available all along the stay to answer our questions, thank you to him. Special mention for a small typical Turkish restaurant 5 minutes by car in the heights we enjoyed ourselves.

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

We had an amazing stay at Evrim's place. The house is easy to reach and provides all the privacy you need to take a break from the world outside. The terrace, living room, and bedroom offer magnificent views. If you want to socialize, you can visit the neighboring hotel, Simurg Inn, and benefit from all the amenities, like the pool, restaurant, and bar. Evrim was very responsive and friendly, giving us great recommendations about the area. I'd definitely visit this place again.

Quiet, clean, a beautiful location with the Aegean at your front door. Terra Cotta is located next to a wonderful restaurant, food is delish, and there is a swimming pool to lounge by. A short walk or taxi ride into Molivos. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful! I’d stay there again!

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The area of the house does not disturb the heat even in the heat of the summer. There's everything a family needs in the house. Thank you for everything, Ms. Aslihan.

We had a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The garden was both comfortable and quite clean. It was great to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and enjoy the garden in the evening. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to get away from the city karamas and relax. The host was also very caring and welcoming. Thanks for everything..

First of all, Mr. Erdal was very caring, a magnificent host with his warm and friendly personality. With a magnificent view of the house, our stay was much more than we thought. It was inevitable that we felt like our own home and to forget the noise of the crowded city and adapt to peace. Apart from the individual attention, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable , I'm glad I chose this house. I spent a lot of quality time with my family, surrounded by immaculate nature, avoiding the noise and dirty air of the big city. A home and a beautiful host that I can highly recommend to anyone who loves nature and is looking for peace.

We would like to thank Mr. Ali for his interest. It was a really enjoyable experience and we felt like we were in our own home. Sitting on the terrace was our favorite evening activity. Airbnb was also our first experience and we had the best one can have. The places Mr. Ali recommended were definitely very good, the location of the house was very nice, it was within walking distance of everywhere, we were definitely very satisfied, I hope we will come back to the moon🙏🏻🩷

The hosts are very warm and sweet people have nice conversations. We were greeted by a very sweet house among the olive trees where we watched a magnificent valley. The house is equipped with everything you need. In addition, let me say that we really like the specially prepared olive oil of the region, it added a special flavor to our dishes. We came at the time when the weather was both sunny and rainy, and we enjoyed both of them separately. It was very enjoyable to sip our coffee while sitting in the garden. Quiet and peaceful environment. And we got along very well with Gaia, we had a really smart and adorable friend who listened to it.

We had a great time at the house. The quiet, private and calm environment was what we needed. The access to the small beach and the big dining table in the "private garden" added a lot to the whole experience of our stay there. We will visit again for sure!

Mr. Okan and his wife Özgür were very caring until we left the first day of our stay and provided every opportunity they could to make us feel at home. As a family, they were very friendly and friendly. Although it wasn't included in our stay, they made us a fabulous breakfast table for the duration of our stay when we asked for extra breakfast. Mr. Okan gave us very nice directions about the environment until he arrived and left. He showed us the places where we could buy natural products such as Olive Oil,Cheese,Butter, which the families in the village made to them. Their small daughter Ayşe was very pleasant to talk and friendly. Thank you so much for opening their homes to us with our two Dogs. When we wanted to stay in Balabanlı, we had a 2nd house. We will always visit this beautiful family.

From the first communication we had, everything was accurate, clear and friendly to the moment we left the last house and clicked the car horn and left. We would like to thank Mr. Tufan and Ms. Yeliz for their friendly face and sincerity. We had a 4 night stay where we felt like we were staying in our own home with our wife and one and a half year old. You can choose with peace of mind.

Hosts are very caring, kind, and helpful people. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, although it is a tiny house, there are all the amenities in a normal house. It is also very calm and peaceful in terms of location. You can reach both Assos and the Kaz Mountains in 30-40 minutes by car.

Highlights: - Situated in a nice and quiet little alley - Clean house, modern interior nicely appointed and well equipped overall, even if a laundry rack is missing. - Friendly and flexible hospitality. Zeynep is very helpful. Least: - Attention for those who want to rent in the summer: we only saw air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor, not in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor under the roofs must be very hot - not inconvenient in April but maybe more in August. - Parking is not private but on the street 50m away. I had a hard time finding a spot one night, so maybe it's more difficult in the summer. - The city center of Ayvalik (the port) is a little far away on foot and the path is unpleasant (big road). 5 min by car. Likewise for the beaches that are far from Ayvalik.
