Die Villa und ihr Garten sind äußerst liebevoll gestaltet. Dank der tollen Restaurierung und Gestaltung von Oliver und Szilvia strahlt das Haus seine Historie (Palast der Prinzessin Salme-Emily Ruete) förmlich aus. Hinzu kommt die fürsorgliche und liebe Art von Szilvia, die unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich machte. Ihre landestypische Küche war klasse, zumal man sich hier am Ort nur schlecht selbst versorgen kann. Das Zimmer der Prinzessin (Suite) bietet einen sagenhafte Blick auf das Meer und das Treiben der dortigen Fischer. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, was in Sansibar nicht immer so ist... Alles in allem eine ganz einmalige Erfahrung und ein echtes AirBnB, weil es ein privates Anwesen ist. Hilfreich und auch sehr sympathisch war Ahmed, der von dort aus unsere Fahrten zum Airport gemacht hat, aber auch Touren aller Art anbietet. Silke und Burkhard

The place was good, in the midst of Stone Town, and had plenty of space. Bathrooms were useable, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only challenge was the stairs that were steep and needed attention when going up and down. Lovely neighbours and the people running the place were quick to respond and helpful. We locked our key in and it was a quick fix. If you want a good place outside of the tourist usual this could be it.

Super Lage, super Kommunikation und sogar gratis Pick-Up von der Fährstation. Überraschend ruhige Wohnung und wunderschöne Terasse. Einzig die Küche war wirklich sehr klein und mehr für kalte Speisen eingerichtet.. Würden sofort wieder kommen - Danke!

I enjoyed my stay! It was really good and the host was helpful and collaborative. I got to know a lot about Zanzibar and even had a Karaoke night at the place😄! What can I say? Authentic African hospitality!

Ishaq’s Luhasa Apartment was a very nice place to stay. Two large bedrooms and a dining area, plus a good size kitchen. It’s in a great location right in Stonetown. Ishaq is a very nice host and always responded very quickly if we contacted him, plus he reached out to us to see how we were doing. One drawback was some neighbors seem to have a dinner party or something every night from about midnight to 3 AM which was quite loud. Hopefully they can be asked to quiet down. Otherwise, the stay was great. Accommodations, location, price, and host, all excellent!

great place to stay, located in the heart of the stone town area, 10min walk to Livingstone beach area. My only criticism would be the steep stairs leading to the room. it personally was not an issue for me, and would not be an issue for most people...but could be an issue if you are an elderly person or have mobility issues. would definitely stay here again.

Wir verbrachten unsere letzte Nacht vor dem Heimflug bei Yusuph und können das uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Die Kommunikation war perfekt, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit - er hat uns sogar abends ungefragt Wasser besorgt als wir zu wenig hatten! Yusuph hat sich außerdem um unseren Transport zum Flughafen mitten in der Nachr gekümmert, einen Fahrer vermittelt und persönlich sichergestellt, dass wir wach sind. Trotzdem war er nie aufdringlich, besser kann es wirklich nicht laufen. Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht, man teilt sich Bad und Küche mit anderen Bewohnern, die Lage ist sehr gut zur Erkundung der Stadt geeignet (Restaurants direkt nebenan). Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, neben der Wohnung ist ein Weg, auf dem man nachts Menschen hören kann, wir hatten aber keine Lärmprobleme. Danke Yusuph!

Пребывание в Kipinda запомнилось хорошими завтраками и отличным гостеприимством. Интерьеры комнат выполнены в этническом стиле, все просто, но при этом вполне эстетично. Для охлаждения используются потолочные вентиляторы. Расположение удобное, внутри старого города.
