The flat is 54 sq. m. big, located in the heart of Mokotow district - quiet residential area, yet just by the Royal Route of Warsaw, half way between Lazienki Royal Park & Wilanow Palace. For your comfort everything is around the corner.

This means quick, convenient access to the city center. Chopin airport is 6 km away (15 minutes taxi or 30 minutes public transport). Self-check-in after 13:00, check-out before 10:00. A bright and spacious apartment located in a guarded housing estate in the lower part of Mokotów. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a dressing room. Nearby there are several grocery stores, pizzeria, gym and beauty salon. Dolny Mokotów is a place well connected with the centre, the Old Town and Okęcie. The immediate vicinity of the parks makes this place unique. Distance to the center - 6 km (uber - approx. 20 zł)

Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

Zapraszam Was do mojego przytulnego mieszkania położonego w urokliwej, zabytkowej kamienicy. Ten piękny apartament znajduje się po środku trzech parków w najpiękniejszej części Starego Mokotowa. Jest to również niesamowita gratka dla każdego foodie, bo w pobliżu znajduje się wiele fajnych restauracji i kawiarni. Nasi goście podkreślają również, że mieszkanie jest bardzo ciche, a więc dobre zarówno do pracy jak i relaksu.

Big bed for one person, cotton beddings, and everything you need to cook and wash. 3 floor without lift (!) Małe, ciche mieszkanie 17m2 w centrum, tylko dla 1 osóby. Światłowód, TV. Posiada wygodne łóżko dla jednej soby. Pościel starannie wyprasowana, bawełniana. III piętro bez windy (!) Nie wystawiam faktury.
